Sepang Jamboree with over 500 riders. it was wet with muddy riding thru the palm estate. Total distance 43 km with last 5km on 3 hills to climb.....muscles was starting to cramp. Finishing at about 12oo hrs.Anyway, after riding i felt some burning sensation to both my cheeks. However it was bearable & thought it may get worse. Some itch on my forearms near elbow. Guess all these are due to exposure to the sun.
Apart from this, I am in good health with no significant problems with P.
