What else can we do to combat this P ?
I guess we just have to be happy that we are all alive with some skin issue. The problem is this P is going to be with us for sometime.
My daily intake of olivenol remain twice daily. So it is remain same with all the spots.
What else or do we have any other choice ? Now this is the question !!!!

Hi All,
With these combination of exercise, meat & vege, we should all be as healthy as before. it is a balance diet to stabilise the P.
What else can we do but wait for the 'Miracle Pill' in order to wipeout the P totally. It seems natural products will be the key to clear this P in our body. Therefore we will maintain our position & keep fighting....................
Does anyone have something to suggest ? lets continue to get this blog active with more interaction and after all it is for ourself........

Sepang Jamboree 2010


Anyway, after riding i felt some burning sensation to both my cheeks. However it was bearable & thought it may get worse. Some itch on my forearms near elbow. Guess all these are due to exposure to the sun.
Apart from this, I am in good health with no significant problems with P.

Vege-Vege-Vege
Hi All,
I have just informed by someone with P and then he was on strict VEGE only for 2 months. he was then totally healed. It seems peanuts and protein are the factors aggravate the P.
Maybe we could try this to see if it does improve the P condition or can be totally cured.
Well there is no harm trying and guess it canbe good for our body system temporary.
Anyone of you try this before & for how long ? Any improvement ?
