Well, time flies & we are now in October & soon be X'mas............ 2010 come & go.

Still taking the Olivenol 2 daily, diet remain same, regular exercise, lesser workload. guess it is just a routine life. For now, the 'spots' just appear around my thighs & calf region. there is no itch at all. Just the appearance & patches. My scalp has been under control with daily MooGoo products.

Weekend has been great with outdoor activities....... drive, MTB, etc.....

Moon Cakes Festival

With the current mooncake festival and I have been getting various flavors. it is now being so "fasionable" with coloring, ingredients, packaging, etc. Anyway, it is nice to try out all.

what I like most would be the one with 4 egg yokes inside. just tasty............

anyway my current diet remain 'balanced' with more veg & fish. also with twice daily olivenol + spirulina as well. so i am feeling great but the 'spots' still there though. now both legs below knees becoming visible. ...............the usual hoping for a cure in near future sometime !!!!!!!!

VW vs Psoriasis

VW = GTI and thats my new car. Great handling and full of Vrooommm !!!! Joining my office colleagues for a weekend drive about....... WRX ......... F430....!!! Also joining the sports club and has been playing tennis, squash, etc.... well at least there are various things to do in the weekend.

My twice daily intake of Olivenol still ongoing & include Elken Spirulina as well. Now checking to take some vitamins for Nerve called Neurobion.

Currently I am checking on something like Stem-Cell or called Stem-Tech. Hoping this combination will somehow just clear this Psoriais in me. I always believe that Olivenol need to mixed with some other ingredients so to get rid of the P.

The 'spots' on my body remain same, however my scalp has been 'flaring' but the MoGoo Scalp cream pretty helpful to control the dryness. The thing is you just cannot ignore of scratching and trying to keep peeling the skin off. After awhile it is like a bad habit.........

Not sure what to do next but keep myself healthy, balanced diet and best of all ...... enjoy my weekend. As my Boss said..... you only Live Once so enjoy life while it Last and do whatever it makes you happy !!
