
Well not 100% but at least no more new P popping up. No matter what, life goes on and I just continue with my daily life. work has been really busy last few weeks, however I still find time to continue my exercise, mountain biking, swimming, gardening, etc.
My twice daily intake of Olivenol continues, 1 - breakfast & 1 - before going to bed. I have also started taking Spirulina (Elken) and maybe it is another supplement to fight against P.
Manhon - what you think of mixing Olivenol with Spirulina ??
